London, UK and Moscow, Russia – 14th August 2013 - The Tech Trailblazers Awards, the global enterprise technology startup awards, have partnered with Hippflow to reach out to Russia’s startup community and give the Tech Trailblazing entrants another way to communicate their success to the judges and the voting public.
Hippflow is a new, free to use and handy way for startups to update investors, mentors and other interested parties in just a click. By giving startups a set of milestones, Hippflow enables startups to tell their investors about their updates in a Twitter fashion, avoiding email or any other old-fashioned and complicated methods, meaning the data is visualised in the investor's timeline and is simple to read and analyse.
Established in February 2013 and with 500 users including investors and mentors monitoring 100 startups across the world already (20% from Russia), Hippflow is on course to becoming the application of choice for investors who can be up and running in just two clicks.
Hippflow Founder Kirill Chekanov says about the partnership; ‘I am pleased to be able to work with the Tech Trailblazers Awards to introduce the Hippflow service to the Trailblazer participants. We are sure that the partnership will help startups update their teams and investors more easily and be one of the keys to success. The Russian market needs initiatives like the Tech Trailblazers! The partnership let me share the Tech Trailblazer brand ethos of being a truly global, independent contest warmly welcoming entrants from Russia’s vibrant tech startup scene.’
Tech Trailblazers Founder Rose Ross says, ‘It’s a pleasure to be able to work with Kirill, such a young entrepreneur who has developed a uniquely straightforward tracking application for the startup market. We are a startup ourselves and will start to use Hippflow to share our progress and we will be actively encouraging our startup entrants to sign up and our judges to track them there. I see it as highly complementary to things like the MyNewsDesk deal to ensure our entrants have an easy to use showcase for their news and now their progress to their startup milestones. I’m looking forward to seeing Hippflow’s subscriber base skyrocket with uptake from our contests and alumni and for the Tech Trailblazers to be set alight by Russia’s finest enterprise tech startups.’
